🔧 Troubleshooting

Conversion Fails or Freezes

The image may be corrupted or in an unsupported format

Solution: Try selecting a different image, or first convert the image to a common format (such as JPG) and try again.

Save to Photos Failed

The app may not have write permission for the photo library

Solution: Go to iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos > Image Converter, and make sure the permission is set to "All Photos."

Cannot Select Images

The app may not have access to the photo library

Solution: Go to iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos > Image Converter, and grant "All Photos" or "Selected Photos" permission.

Output File Too Large

The quality setting may be too high

Solution: Lower the quality setting for JPG/WebP (recommended 70–85%), or use WebP/HEIC format for better compression.

Batch Conversion Interrupted

Insufficient device storage or the app was sent to the background

Solution: Make sure your device has enough storage, keep the app in the foreground during conversion, or process images in smaller batches.

HEIC Conversion Failed

Pro feature or iOS version not supported

Solution: Make sure you have purchased Lifetime Pro and are using iOS 15+. HEIC output is only supported as an input format on iOS 11–14.
