Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Learn to Draw on Paper, provided by Beijing baqijiuyi Technology Co., Ltd. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Use Of The Service
You agree to use Learn to Draw on Paper only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms, applicable laws, and platform rules.
Accounts
You may use the free local guest experience without an account. Sign in with Apple is required for server-backed account features, subscription purchase and restore, and uploaded artwork. You are responsible for protecting access to your Apple account and devices.
Purchases And Subscriptions
Subscriptions are offered through Apple StoreKit. Apple displays the applicable price and any offer before purchase, processes payment, and provides subscription management and refund mechanisms. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled through Apple. No free trial is promised. Deleting the app or your Learn to Draw on Paper account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
User Content
You retain your rights to artwork and other content you provide. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, transmit, display, secure, and process content for the features you request. We do not use artwork to train a model, generate artwork, or complete a drawing. Local guest artwork remains on the device; signed-in users choose whether to upload an artwork. You are responsible for having the right to provide uploaded content.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attack the service.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, usage limits, or platform rules.
Additional Product Terms
- Free access includes the complete fish, star, and flower lessons, local learner profiles and progress, and an on-device artwork Journal.
- During an active subscription, Premium access unlocks the bundled cat, house, and butterfly lessons plus optional practice feedback requested by the user.
- Free lessons, saved artwork, privacy controls, and account deletion do not require Premium.
- The optional practice feedback uses deterministic image comparison. It is not a generative-art feature and does not replace drawing practice.
Account Deletion
Signed-in users can request account deletion in Profile > Settings. The request deletes the server-backed account and associated data subject to limited legal, security, dispute, refund, and tax retention obligations. Local guest data can be cleared in the app. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Audience And Minors
Learn to Draw on Paper is a general-audience drawing-learning service and is not designated Made for Kids. A minor should use the service with a parent or guardian when required by applicable law.
Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We will try to provide reasonable notice when changes materially affect users.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beijing baqijiuyi Technology Co., Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or revenue.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time.

订阅通过 Apple StoreKit 提供。购买前，Apple 会显示适用价格和任何优惠，并负责处理付款、订阅管理和退款机制。除非通过 Apple 取消，订阅会自动续订。本服务不承诺免费试用。删除 App 或“零基础学画画：纸上分步教程”账号不会取消 Apple 订阅。
用户内容
你保留对作品及其他所提供内容的权利，并仅授予我们为你主动使用的功能而存储、传输、展示、保护和处理内容所需的有限许可。我们不会使用作品训练模型、生成作品或补全绘画。本地访客作品保留在设备上；登录用户可以自行选择是否上传作品。你应确保有权提供所上传的内容。
可接受使用
- 不得滥用、干扰、逆向工程或攻击服务。
- 不得上传违法、有害、侵权或辱骂性内容。
- 不得试图绕过安全措施、使用限制或平台规则。
其他产品条款
- 免费内容包括完整的鱼、星星和花朵课程、本地学习者档案与进度，以及设备上的作品集。
- 有效订阅期间，高级权益解锁内置的猫、房子和蝴蝶课程，以及用户主动请求的可选练习建议。
- 免费课程、已保存作品、隐私控制和账号删除不依赖高级权益。
- 可选练习建议使用确定性图像比较，不属于生成式绘画功能，也不能替代动手绘画练习。
账号删除
登录用户可以在“个人资料 > 设置”中请求删除账号。该请求会删除服务端账号和相关数据，但法律、安全、争议、退款和税务义务要求保留的有限信息除外。本地访客可以在 App 内清除本地数据。删除账号不会取消 Apple 订阅。
适用人群与未成年人
“零基础学画画：纸上分步教程”是面向一般用户的绘画学习服务，未指定为儿童专用。适用法律要求时，未成年人应在父母或监护人陪同下使用。
服务变更
我们可能修改、暂停或终止部分服务。当变更对用户产生重大影响时，我们会尽量提供合理通知。
免责声明
服务按“现状”和“可用”基础提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不作适销性、特定用途适用性和不侵权等保证。
责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，Beijing baqijiuyi Technology Co., Ltd 不对间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，或数据、利润、收入损失承担责任。
终止
如果你违反本条款、造成风险或违法使用服务，我们可能暂停或终止访问。你也可以随时停止使用服务。
