Beijing baqijiuyi Technology Co., Ltd operates Learn to Draw on Paper. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected when you use the app, website, or related services.
Information We Collect
- Local guest data: learner profiles, preferences, lesson progress, and saved paper-artwork photos remain in app-managed storage on the device. Local guest data is not uploaded or synced to our server.
- Signed-in account data: an Apple-linked user identifier; name and email when Apple supplies them; learner profiles and preferences; lesson progress and product interaction.
- User content: paper-artwork photos and related content that a signed-in user chooses to upload.
- Purchases: purchase history and subscription entitlement state received from Apple. We do not receive or store payment-card details.
- Optional practice feedback: inputs and results requested by an entitled user. Our backend performs deterministic pixel, edge, contour, and contrast comparison. It does not use an external AI provider and does not generate or complete artwork.
- Support and operations: information you include in a support request and limited technical information needed to secure and operate the service.
We collect information only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve Learn to Draw on Paper.
Camera And Photo Library
Camera access is requested only when you choose to photograph a paper artwork. Photo-library access is requested only when you choose an existing image. Simply opening the app does not grant access or upload a photo.
How We Use Information
- Provide and operate the service.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.
- Respond to support, privacy, or legal requests.
- Improve features, performance, and user experience.
- Process purchases or subscriptions when applicable.
Third-Party Services
Learn to Draw on Paper uses Apple for Sign in with Apple, App Store distribution, and StoreKit purchases. Service infrastructure providers may process data only to host the API, database, and private signed-account storage. Version 1.0 has no advertising, attribution, external analytics, or crash-reporting SDK.
- Apple: Sign in with Apple, App Store distribution, StoreKit purchases, subscription management, and refund mechanisms.
- Vercel: API hosting and service delivery.
- Neon: PostgreSQL database hosting for signed-account data.
- Cloudflare R2: private object storage for artwork uploaded by signed-in users.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, app stores, legal authorities when required, or as part of a business transfer, only as permitted by applicable law.
Data Retention
Local guest data remains on the device until you delete an item, clear local data, or remove the app in a way that deletes its data. Signed-account data is retained while needed to provide the service and then deleted, de-identified, or retained only where required for security, disputes, refunds, tax, or other legal obligations. We do not promise a fixed deletion period that the production system cannot verify.
Your Choices And Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance by contacting us. Local guests can clear app-managed profiles, progress, and artwork in the app. Signed-in users can request account deletion in Profile > Settings; deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription. Some rights depend on your location and applicable law.
Children
Learn to Draw on Paper is a general-audience drawing-learning service and is not designated Made for Kids. Its presentation may be welcoming to younger beginners, but it does not provide an independent parental-consent workflow. A minor should use the service with a parent or guardian when required by applicable law. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
International Users
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. We use reasonable safeguards where required by applicable law.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last-updated date.

相机与照片图库
只有当你选择拍摄纸上作品时，App 才请求相机权限；只有当你选择现有图片时，App 才请求照片图库权限。仅打开 App 不会授予访问权限，也不会上传照片。

“零基础学画画：纸上分步教程”使用 Apple 提供登录、App Store 分发和 StoreKit 购买。服务基础设施提供商仅可在托管 API、数据库和保存登录账号的私有数据所需范围内处理信息。版本 1.0 未启用广告、归因、外部分析或崩溃报告 SDK。

你可以联系我们请求访问、更正、删除信息或获得其他隐私协助。本地访客可以在 App 内清除由 App 管理的档案、进度和作品；登录用户可以在“个人资料 > 设置”中请求删除账号。删除 App 账号不会取消 Apple 订阅。部分权利取决于你的所在地和适用法律。
儿童
“零基础学画画：纸上分步教程”是面向一般用户的绘画学习服务，未指定为儿童专用。界面可能对低龄初学者友好，但本服务没有独立的家长同意流程。适用法律要求时，未成年人应在父母或监护人陪同下使用。如果你认为儿童在未获得适当授权的情况下提供了个人信息，请联系我们以便采取适当措施。
