These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Image Converter, provided by Image Converter Developer. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Use Of The Service
You agree to use Image Converter only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms, applicable laws, and platform rules.
Accounts
Account features enabled: No. If accounts are available, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Purchases And Subscriptions
Purchases or subscriptions enabled: Yes. When available, purchases are handled by the applicable app store or payment provider, and cancellations or refunds are subject to their rules unless otherwise required by law.
User Content
If you submit content, you retain your rights to that content, but grant us the permissions needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for content you provide.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attack the service.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, usage limits, or platform rules.
Additional Product Terms
- The free tier converts the first 3 selected images in each batch. Lifetime Pro is a one-time non-consumable purchase that removes the app-imposed batch limit and unlocks Pro conversion options. No subscription or free trial is offered.
- After closing the Pro offer, a free user may optionally watch a rewarded ad to unlock a larger current batch. A reward is granted only after the ad provider confirms completion. If an ad is unavailable, declined, or closed early, the user may still convert the standard free allowance. Pro users are not shown or served ads.
- Image conversion is performed on-device. Large batches remain subject to available memory; storage; operating-system limits; and source-file integrity.
Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We will try to provide reasonable notice when changes materially affect users.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Image Converter Developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or revenue.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time.

其他产品条款
- 免费版每批转换所选图片中的前 3 张。Lifetime Pro 是一次性非消耗型购买；可移除应用设置的批量上限并解锁 Pro 转换选项；不提供订阅或免费试用。
- 关闭 Pro 购买引导后，免费用户可以主动选择观看激励广告，以解锁当前批次的更多图片。只有广告服务商确认完整观看后才授予奖励。广告不可用、被拒绝或提前关闭时，用户仍可使用标准免费额度。Pro 用户不会看到或收到广告。
- 图片转换在设备本地完成。超大批量仍受可用内存；存储空间；操作系统限制及源文件完整性影响。
服务变更
我们可能修改、暂停或终止部分服务。当变更对用户产生重大影响时，我们会尽量提供合理通知。
免责声明
服务按“现状”和“可用”基础提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不作适销性、特定用途适用性和不侵权等保证。
责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，Image Converter Developer 不对间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，或数据、利润、收入损失承担责任。
终止
如果你违反本条款、造成风险或违法使用服务，我们可能暂停或终止访问。你也可以随时停止使用服务。
