All refund requests must be processed through Apple. Under Apple's standard refund policies:
Because all transactions are processed through Apple, we are unable to process refunds directly. Please contact Apple Support for assistance with refunds. Your purchase can be restored on any device using the same Apple ID through the "Restore Purchase" feature in the app.
You retain all rights to any Content processed through the App. We do not collect, store, or access the images you process. All processing is performed locally on your device.
You are solely responsible for any Content processed using the App. You represent and warrant that:

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
You expressly agree that your use of the App is at your sole risk. We recommend that you back up your original files before performing important conversions.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for any third-party content, products, or services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount you paid for use of the App in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or USD $100 if you have not paid any fees.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
The App and its original content, features, and design are our exclusive property and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The "Image Converter" name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names are our trademarks and may not be used without our prior written consent.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us shall be deemed non-confidential, and we may use them freely without any obligation to compensate or attribute you.
You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling the App. Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete the App.
We may immediately terminate or suspend your access to the App without prior notice or liability if you violate these Terms of Service.
Provisions of these Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, ownership provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) shall survive termination.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation. If such negotiation fails, either party may bring an action in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, United States.
The App is intended for global use, but certain features may not be available in some regions. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notifications or release notes. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.
