Image Converter Developer operates Image Converter. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected when you use the app, website, or related services.
Information We Collect
- Privacy-safe app interaction events: selected image count; output format; quality preset; conversion outcome; export destination; paywall source; purchase outcome; review prompt request; and feedback category. Image content; filenames; file paths; feedback text; receipts; and email content are never sent to analytics.
- Diagnostic data: crash domain and code; app version; iOS version; device model; and aggregate performance timing. Crash records are stripped of filenames; paths; and custom error text before upload.
- Purchase status and product identifiers are processed by Apple StoreKit. The developer does not receive full payment card details.
- Selected images and converted files are processed and stored only on the device. Firebase services may use network access; but image content is never uploaded.
- After a free user closes the Pro offer, the app may offer an optional rewarded ad. Google Mobile Ads and the User Messaging Platform may process an IP address (to derive coarse location), device identifiers, ad views and interactions, and crash or performance data for ad delivery, frequency control, fraud prevention, consent management, and aggregate reporting. Ad requests are configured as non-personalized; the app does not request App Tracking Transparency permission; and Google's publisher first-party ID is disabled.

We collect information only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve Image Converter.
