Image Converter ("we", "our", or "the app") is a local image conversion tool for iOS. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

• Your Images: All photos you convert are processed entirely on your device and never leave your device
• Personal Information: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or any personally identifiable information
• Location Data: We do not access or collect your location
• Contacts or Photos Library: We only access photos you explicitly select for conversion

3. Data We Collect

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used and improve user experience. This includes:

Anonymous Usage Analytics:

• App launch and session duration
• Feature usage (e.g., which output formats are selected)
• Conversion success/failure events (without image content)
• Device type and iOS version
• App crashes and performance metrics

Important: All analytics data is anonymous and cannot be used to identify you personally.

4. How We Use Data

The anonymous analytics data we collect is used solely to:

• Understand which features are most valuable to users
• Identify and fix bugs or crashes
• Improve app performance and user experience
• Make informed decisions about future features

We use the following third-party services:

Firebase Analytics (Google)

Apple StoreKit (In-App Purchases)

6. Data Storage and Security

• Local Processing: All image conversions happen on your device using Apple's ImageIO framework
• Temporary Files: Converted images are temporarily stored in your device's cache and automatically deleted when you close the app
• No Cloud Storage: We do not store any of your data on our servers

7. Your Rights and Choices

Disable Analytics:

You can limit analytics tracking through your iOS device settings:

• Go to Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements
• Toggle off "Share iPhone Analytics"

Delete App Data:

To completely remove all app data:

• Delete the Image Converter app from your device
• All temporary files and preferences will be automatically removed

8. Children's Privacy

Our app does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. The app is designed for general audiences and does not require any personal information to function.

9. International Users

Image Converter is available worldwide. Since all processing happens locally on your device, your data never crosses international borders through our app.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by:

• Updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy
• Posting a notice in the app (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
