These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Rewind: Retro Selfie Camera, provided by Beijing baqijiuyi Technology Co., Ltd. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
Use Of The Service
You agree to use Rewind: Retro Selfie Camera only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms, applicable laws, and platform rules.
Accounts
The current app does not offer or require an account.
Purchases And Subscriptions
Optional Pro access may be offered as an auto-renewing yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase through Apple StoreKit. The price and any free-trial offer are shown before confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel it in Apple ID Account Settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled under Apple's rules unless applicable law requires otherwise.
User Content
You retain all rights to photos you take, import, save, or share. The app processes photos on your device and does not upload them to a developer-operated service. You are responsible for using photos lawfully and respecting other people's privacy and intellectual-property rights.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attack the service.
- Do not use the app to create or share unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, usage limits, or platform rules.
Additional Product Terms
- Doggy Ears, Flower Crown, and Bright Selfie 2016 are free to capture.
- Old Phone Cam and Night Flash can be previewed before an optional Pro unlock.
- Restore Purchases is available in the app.
Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We will try to provide reasonable notice when changes materially affect users.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beijing baqijiuyi Technology Co., Ltd. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or revenue.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time.

- 不得试图绕过安全措施、使用限制或平台规则。
其他产品条款
- 小狗耳朵、花环和明亮自拍 2016 可免费拍摄。
- 老手机与夜间闪光可先预览，再选择是否解锁 Pro。
- 应用内提供“恢复购买”。
服务变更
我们可能修改、暂停或终止部分服务。当变更对用户产生重大影响时，我们会尽量提供合理通知。
免责声明
服务按“现状”和“可用”基础提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不作适销性、特定用途适用性和不侵权等保证。
责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，Beijing baqijiuyi Technology Co., Ltd. 不对间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，或数据、利润、收入损失承担责任。
终止
如果你违反本条款、造成风险或违法使用服务，我们可能暂停或终止访问。你也可以随时停止使用服务。
