Use Of The Service
You agree to use Period Tracker: Cycle & Mood only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms, applicable laws, and platform rules.
Accounts
Period Tracker: Cycle & Mood version 1.0 does not provide accounts. App settings and journal entries are stored locally on your device.
Purchases And Subscriptions
Period Tracker: Cycle & Mood version 1.0 does not offer purchases or subscriptions.
Your Local Data
You retain responsibility for information you enter, back up, export, or share. Period Tracker: Cycle & Mood does not upload journal entries to Oversea Startups. You should create and safely store a password-protected encrypted backup before erasing the app, uninstalling it, or replacing your device. We cannot recover a forgotten backup password.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attack the service.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, usage limits, or platform rules.
Additional Product Terms
- Period Tracker: Cycle & Mood provides wellness estimates and educational information only. It is not medical advice, a diagnostic tool, or contraception.
- Cycle, fertile-window, and ovulation estimates can be inaccurate, especially for irregular cycles. Seek qualified medical care for concerning symptoms or questions.
Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We will try to provide reasonable notice when changes materially affect users.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
