These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LED Banner, provided by LED Banner. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Use Of The Service
You agree to use LED Banner only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms, applicable laws, and platform rules.
Accounts
LED Banner does not provide user accounts. Core creation, local saving, and playback work without signing in.
Purchases And Subscriptions
VIP is offered through Apple auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to the user's Apple ID after purchase confirmation. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in their Apple ID subscription settings. Refunds follow Apple's rules unless applicable law requires otherwise.
User Content
Banner text remains on the user's device and is not submitted to the operator. Users retain responsibility for their text and must not display unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attack the service.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive content.
- Do not attempt to bypass security, usage limits, or platform rules.
Additional Product Terms
- The app has no account system. User-created banner text remains on the device and is not sent to Firebase or an operator-controlled server.
Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We will try to provide reasonable notice when changes materially affect users.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LED Banner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or revenue.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time.

- 不得试图绕过安全措施、使用限制或平台规则。
其他产品条款
- 本应用没有账号系统。用户创建的弹幕文字保存在设备本地，不会发送到 Firebase 或运营者控制的服务器。
服务变更
我们可能修改、暂停或终止部分服务。当变更对用户产生重大影响时，我们会尽量提供合理通知。
免责声明
服务按“现状”和“可用”基础提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不作适销性、特定用途适用性和不侵权等保证。
责任限制
在法律允许的最大范围内，LED Banner 不对间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，或数据、利润、收入损失承担责任。
终止
如果你违反本条款、造成风险或违法使用服务，我们可能暂停或终止访问。你也可以随时停止使用服务。
